前言

本标准根据工业标准化法，经日本工业标准调查会审议，由通商产业大臣修订的日本工业标准。由此 JIS G 1223-1992 被修订，由本标准替代。

本次修订将 ISO 10280 与之整合，同时追加了铜及钼共存的影响对策，扩大了测定范围。

本标准将1991年发行的 ISO 10280（Steel and iron−Determination of titanium content−Diantipyrylmethane spectrophotometric method）作为附属书1，在对应部分采用对应国际标准译文，同时追加了铜及钼共存的影响对策，扩大了测定范围。
